Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify children’s physical development needs.
- Develop and implement therapy plans focused on improving physical, cognitive, social, and emotional abilities.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment as required.
- Guide and educate families to support their children.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and educators.
- Participate in outreach programs and camps.
- Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and volunteers.
- Maintain detailed records and reports of each child’s progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Physiotherapy (specialization in Pediatrics preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience working with children with disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of pediatric therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping children.
- Willingness to travel for camps and outreach programs.
Salary and Benefits:
- Master’s in Physiotherapy (MPT): NRs. 55,000 and above.
- Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy (BPT): NRs. 45,000 and above.
