Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support in the recruitment process including resume uploads and candidate communication.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule and arrange interviews.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and databases to ensure data integrity and facilitate communication.
- Oversee documentation and clearance procedures for exiting employees.
- Provide support in insurance management, including form submissions and liaison with insurance providers.
- Manage documentations and necessary ad hoc reports.
- Provide support in coordinating training sessions and company events.
- Provide support in research activities aimed at improving employee journey at EB Pearls.
- Provide support in designing social media posts and contribute to the planning process.
