Job Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Chairman.
- Manage and maintain Chairmans' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations.
- Coordinate and manage projects, events, and meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of personal financial reports, budgets, and expense tracking.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and redirect them as necessary.
