• Master's degree in a relevant field such as development studies, Project Management, social sciences, economics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience of more than 5 years in planning, monitoring, and evaluation of development programs or projects, as well as report and proposal writing.
• Strong understanding of monitoring and evaluation methodologies, including both quantitative and qualitative approaches.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and compelling reports and proposals.
• Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with international donors, NGOs, or government agencies is desirable.
• Fluency in English and Nepali Language.
• Driving License is required.
