Responsibilities:

• Ensure machinery functions efficiently, develop preventive maintenance schedules, and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct safety audits, and implement safety protocols.
• Plan, implement and oversee engineering projects, autonomous and preventive maintenance, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Collaborate with quality control to ensure product standards, implement quality procedures, and resolve issues.
• Provide technical support to the production team, train staff, and integrate new technologies.
• Develop strategies to reduce waste, energy, and water usage, and promote sustainable practices.
• Maintain records of maintenance and inspections, prepare reports on production efficiency and safety incidents.
• Manage Inventory including spare parts planning, manage the maintenance budget, control costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Work with other departments to ensure smooth operations, communicate effectively, and participate in regular meetings.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years of work experience in related field (preferred in food & beverages industries or in manufacturing industries)
• Effective team player with strong networking and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented, focusing on continual improvement and cost optimization.
• Quick problem-solving and crisis analysis abilities.
