Position: Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (PMEAL) Officer for IFRC-American Red Cross

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in operations research, quantitative analysis or other relevant fields.
 

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in program design and assessment; at least three years working directly in M&E role required; along with a thorough familiarity with the principles and current approaches to monitoring and evaluation using both quantitative and qualitative methods.

Responsibilities: The PMEAL Officer is responsible for strengthening monitoring, evaluation and learning systems of the existing and new NRCS’ projects supported by the American Red Cross. The PMEAL officer will support the NRCS in building robust M&E systems, implementing the NRCS M&E system strengthening their capacity in planning, monitoring, data readiness, information management and reporting.
