Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in relevant area or other relevant field from recognized university/institution.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in project design, project cycle management (logical, framework, monitoring and evaluation plan, result-based management, developing indicators) monitoring and evaluation, needs assessment and dats collection.

Responsibilities: PMER Officer (maternity cover) will be supporting the Programme Coordinator to ensure that the PMER an IM components of the Delegation are functional and result oriented. This will include supporting the programme team in developing and finalizing plans, proposals, monitoring and evaluation plans (as applicable), operational reports, pledge-based reports for donors, etc. In addition, the PMER Officer will work closely with the NRCS PMER-IM division counter parts in managing the COVID-19 operation data and respective donor report and final report as well.
