Job Description:

• Create lesson plans and develop age-appropriate curriculum that meets the needs of each child.
• Organize and lead classroom activities, including playtime, music, storytime, and arts and crafts.
• Provide individual attention to each child to support their growth and development.
• Observe and monitor children's behavior, academic progress, and social skills to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
• Create and maintain records of children's progress and development, including attendance, academic performance, and behavioral concerns.
• Attend parent-teacher conferences and other meetings to discuss children's progress and needs with parents and guardians.
