Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field (Certificate or Diploma in Montessori training is a plus)
• Experience: Preferably 1-2 years in early childhood education or similar roles
• Strong patience, enthusiasm, and creativity in handling young children.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with children at their level.
• Knowledge of child development principles and pre-school education techniques.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote physical, social, and emotional growth in young children.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment.
• Support children’s individual needs, including personal, social, and academic development.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding child progress, activities, and any concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom and assist in routine activities, such as snack time, outdoor play, and naptime.
• Experience of teaching children between the age of 2-5 years.

• Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
