Job Description
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across various subjects including Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies and Nepali.
- Developing lesson plans, independent learning exercises, curricula, and methods that cater to the needs of the individual child.
- Develop lesson plans in line with the National Curriculum.
- Observing, guiding, supervising, and assessing children while they learn in the classroom environment.
- Foster a love for learning, critical thinking skills, and a sense of curiosity among students.
- Implement innovative teaching strategies and utilize technology to enhance learning experiences.
- Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, stimulating classroom where all children feel safe and valued.
- Setting an excellent example for students and instilling good values in them like honesty, accountability, understanding, tolerance, respect, love, and kindness.
- Monitoring and assessing student progress and writing up reports.
- Monitor and assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues, participate in professional development activities, and contribute to the overall growth of the school community.
- Uphold the values of Bodhisattva Bihara and adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
