Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve NHRDA’s mission and goals in the field of education.
• Manage and supervise staff, ensuring their professional development and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
•  Oversee the financial management of the institution, including budgeting, fundraising and grant management.
• Establish and maintain relationships.

Requirements: Master Degree in Public Field, Nursing field or In relevant field
Or Bachelor in relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a education institution.
