Academic Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience; or Master’s degree and 4 years of experience; or Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience; or High School diploma and 10 years of experience.
- Degree in accounting, finance, management, business administration or related field.
Experience and Skills:
- At least 4 years of overall relevant experience on donor-funded projects in a related role in: procurement, logistics, and contractual compliance
- Previous experience working in USAID, UN, or other donor-funded programs strongly preferred
- Experience managing unit level results preferred
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Resourcefulness, good planning skills, highly organized approach.
- Ability to multi-task and work well with others.
- Ability to listen and communicate well both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to conduct a range of administrative functions in cross-cultural contexts.
- Ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- High-level working proficiency in both spoken and written English.
