• Fluency in English and Nepali.

Job Description:

• Collect Acquisition Leads from the offer of different sources and keep a database of Acquisition Leads.
•  Determining organization & need for additional land.
• Inspecting, appraising, and assessing property.
• Report preparation after technical, financial, and market surveys.
• Office and site-based procurement planning of construction material.
• Mobilizing purchase executives for property inspection.
• Research potential land and provide details. Regular land project site visits.
