Required Qualification: Min: BE Civil or relevant degree with sufficient experience.

Preferred Experience: 5 years of relevant experience into Procurement from hospitality development background.

Job Purpose: Responsible for all functions related to Project procurement for greenfield and brownfield projects in the firm. Core procurement of Civil, Interiors and MEP.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRA):

• To be updated on all the latest technologies and products available in the market relating to civil finishes, interior finishes, MEP equipment & fixtures, OS&E, FF&E etc.
•  Core experience in Projects specific procurement mainly Civil, MEP, Electrical.
•  Identifying & developing potential vendors locally
•  Planning, organizing and controlling all requisite activities to perform such as sourcing, techno – commercial evaluation, negotiation, recommendation, contracting, ordering, inspection, expediting & tracking, payment processing, etc.
•  Preparation of RFQ and BOQ.
• Inviting suppliers for negotiations
•  Preparation of Comparative Statements.
•  Preparation of Purchase Orders and Payment Certificates.
•  To maintain a database as a reference point for different packages of vendors.
•  Arranging for display of product samples.
•  To organize seminars and presentations internally to inform various department about new products launched by vendors.

Technical Skill Set Required:

•  Willingness to travel.
• Seasoned and effective negotiator
•  Cost Control Analysis, market survey
•  Excellent in Material related information
• Awareness of new technologies and market trends
•  Ability to suggest cost effective alternate/new materials/technology for Greenfield as
  well as brownfield projects.
