Procurement Specialist - Based in Kathmandu
Summary of Job Purpose:
The Procurement Specialist will manage all procurement-related activities for the Integrated Nutrition project, including coordinating with country staff on shared services such as insurance, security, and maintenance. This role includes capacity building and coaching of Helen Keller International. USAID Integrated Nutrition province staff, ensuring adherence to best practices, the code of conduct, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations in logistics and procurement.
Educational qualifications and experience:
Master's degree or equivalent in finance, administration, logistics management, or a related field is required. The candidate should have at least ten years of professional experience, including five years in a management role, preferably within an international NGO. Demonstrated expertise in INGO reporting, financial management, procurement, project management, budget development, and sub-grant management is essential.
