• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, computer science, engineering)
• At least 2 years of work experience in a related field is required
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Nepali.

Job Description:

Our fintech social enterprise is seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead the development and management of our product offerings, ensuring that they meet the needs of our users and align with our mission to provide financial services to underserved communities. The posting is based in Kathmandu and will involve travel to rural areas where our clients are based. The Product Manager will report directly to the company’s CTO and CEO. 

Responsibilities:

• Work with the leadership team to align product vision with overall business strategy and goals
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify user needs and market trends
• Lead the development of product strategy and roadmap
• Develop and maintain product backlog and prioritize features based on user and business needs
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
• Define and track product metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement
• Manage product launch and post-launch activities, including user feedback and iteration
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into product development as appropriate
• Serve as a product evangelist and communicate product vision and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
