Job Description:

• Perform all the production related tasks in accordance with the SOPs.
• Supervise the manpower in the production floor to maintain the required personnel counts in the shift to ensure that there is no breakdown in the production plan.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and resources in the shift.
• Handle administrative tasks such as approving leave requests, counseling operators with frequent absences or LWPs, maintaining operator attendance records. 
• Ensure that production parameters and plans are met and reviewed and communicate
  any breakdowns promptly. 
• Ensure that safety standards and floor hygiene standards are being followed by the employees in the shift.

Job Specification:

• The candidate should have completed bachelor’s degree. 
• 2-4 years of experience in roles handling a mass of employees. 
• Roles like Shift Incharge, Chemist might be relevant.
• Should have working knowledge of MS Excel.
