Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience in management
- Deep knowledge of and experience in production management
- Understanding of quality standards and regulations
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Outstanding communication ability
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
- Skills and passion in Quality control management systems.
Education and technical skills:
- Masters in business administration or relevant field is preferred, minimum BA/BSc required
- Proficient in Google Docs and Sheets (Or Word and Excel)
- ERP software knowledge a plus
- Basic Photoshop and photo editing knowledge a plus.
