Job Description:
- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Monitor production to resolve issues.
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
- Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
- Complies and ensure that the staff met production targets established in the job descriptions.
- Enforce health and safety precautions.
- Communicate all the key indicators from the area ( WIP, Production Plan, Production Results, Quality Status, Stock Status, Maintenance Status, etc ) to top level management.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Engineering discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a related field.
- Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations.
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
- Proficient in MS Office and Tally software.
- Outstanding communication ability.
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
