- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Proven experience in managing a production team and optimizing production processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

Job Description:
- Oversee the entire production process, from raw material sourcing to final product packaging and distribution.
- Ensure that production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, cost, and time.
- Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure all products meet Tong Garden’s quality and safety requirements.
- Implement and monitor processes to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous product quality.
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of production staff, ensuring proper training and adherence to best practices.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Introduce and oversee the adoption of new technologies and practices that enhance production capabilities.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production processes, quality control measures, and equipment maintenance.
