Reports to: Cheif Operating Officer

Location: Birtamod, Jhapa, Nepal

Shift: Standard (09:00 AM to 05:00 PM) from Sunday to Friday.

Task Related and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in food technology or in related fields.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably currently having the same role in a manufacturing company.

Competencies and Soft Skills:

• Deep knowledge of production management.
• Understanding of quality standards and health &safety regulations.
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
