Roles & Responsibility:

  • To implement quality control measures on the production line to ensure product quality and safety.
  • To conduct inspections and testing per quality control protocols.
  • To identify and resolve quality issues through corrective actions.
  • To maintain quality control documentation and training.
  • To promote and enforce food safety standards on production line.
  • To identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • To manage the united manpower effectively.
  • To maintain daily attendance and OT records.

 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Food Science, or related fields.
