Qualification:

• Nepali citizen with Bachelor’s degree in Management
• At least 1 year of work experience in the related project management, research, or extramural grants management, focusing on financial and administrative procedure
• Work experience in health-related project management is preferable.

Required competencies:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali (Verbal and written)
• Able to handle multiple projects
• Proficient in MS World, Excel and PowerPoint
• Age not exceeding 35 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide logistical support and maintain records
• Communicate and Coordinate with funding agency partners
• Prepares documentation of all grant applications and reports
• Creates, sends and follow up on invoices
• Support to Program leads & team for reporting
• Comply with Nepal Government and funding agencies financial policies
• Keeps track of expenses compared to budget and prepares financial report.

Job type : Fixed Term Contract.
