- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Program Lead in operation of rehabilitation home (human trafficking survivors)
- Ensure the smooth implementation of programs designed to support survivors.
- Coordinate with external agencies, shelter partners, law enforcement, and other agencies.
- Facilitate communication and partnership to ensure comprehensive survivor support.
- Prepare detailed, high-quality reports on shelter activities, progress, and identified needs.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of reports to stakeholders.
- Collect, organize, and manage data related to survivors.
- Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and inform improvements.
