QUALIFICATIONS:

• Masters’ degree in Public Health with 3 years’ experience or Bachelor’s degree in similar field with 5 years’ of experience.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Minimum 3 years (with Masters’ degree)/ 5 years (with Bachelor’s degree) experience in Public health program management with focus on TB
• Computer experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written English and Nepali language skills
• Knowledge of M&E system of the Global Fund
• Knowledge of HMIS and recording and reporting system of NTP
• Ability to travel in the field.
