Reports to: Executive Director

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Previous working experience in programs for at least 3-5 years
• In-depth knowledge of program management and development procedures
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing data-related projects is preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of data and visualization tools.
• Experience working with non-profit organizations or in the development sector is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Nepali languages.

Work Conditions:

• Extended working hours, Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.
• Travel be required for the purpose of meeting with right holders and stakeholders.
