Other Specification:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or management, preferably in an NGO setting.
• Strong understanding of issues affecting the Dalit and HarawaCharawa communities.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English writing, speaking and Maithili speaking.

Working Conditions: The post will be based in office in Surunga Municipality. The field area is Surunga Municipality, Khadak Municipality, Balanbihul Rural municipality, AgnisarKhadak municipality, Saptkoshi municipality in Saptari District:

• with frequent travel to program sites.
• Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
• Ability to work in a challenging and changing environment.
