Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in health, nutrition, or developmental studies (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proficiency in English and Nepali, with knowledge of local languages strongly preferred.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
- Preference will be given to local candidates familiar with the district’s context and challenges.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in government, non-government, or private sectors.
- At least 2 years of experience managing diverse teams for nutrition-specific and sensitive programs.
- Proven track record in grants management, budget handling, and stakeholder coordination.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring capabilities.
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in dynamic environments.
- Technical expertise in multisectoral nutrition, including health, agriculture, and WASH.
- Effective communication and advocacy skills for stakeholder engagement.
