Field Visits: Domestic travel to project areas
Education Qualification and Professional Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, development studies, social work, Law, other social sciences, or any relevant field of education with 3+ years of experience in development projects.
- Experience in program management with a focus on planning, budgeting, and proper program implementation.
- Experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning within the programs.
- Experience in program compliance, coordination, and operations.
- Good facilitation skills and strong liaison with departments and team in the organization.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong speaking, report writing and documentation ability in English and Nepali.
- Experience in MS Office package, and data management tools.
- Honest, transparent, collaborative and learning attitude.
