Program Manager – UTTHANSHIL, DOTI

Education & Experience:

• Master’s degree in social science or business studies or agriculture or natural management or environment
• At least five years of experience in the field of DRR, Resilience, Climate Change or Agriculture/livelihoods, youth and women entrepreneurship
• Previous USAID/BHA funded experiences on DRR, and resilience is preferable.
• Prior experience of working in an NGO/INGO sector will be an added advantage.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Demonstrates excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
• Strong report writing skills
• Willingness and capability to frequently travel to various field sites within the specified districts.
• Must possess positive and problem solving attitude
• Must be highly organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Displays a hardworking, committed, and energetic approach, with a team-oriented “can-do” attitude.
• Demonstrates strong skills in project management, partner monitoring and evaluation, networking, and communication with government agencies and relevant stakeholders.
