Summary of Job Purpose:
The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing USAID Integrated Nutrition activities within the designated district(s), while also playing a crucial role in coordinating, networking, representing, and communicating program initiatives. This role involves providing extensive technical support to ensure the effective, inclusive, accountable, and sustainable implementation of nutrition programming, encompassing health, agriculture, WASH, and governance in the specified geographical areas.
Educational qualifications and experiences:
A bachelor’s degree in social science, management, public administration, health science, or related disciplines is required with minimum of 7 years of experience in mid-level management within international or non-governmental organizations (I/NGOs), UN agencies, development partners, or the private sector. This experience should include at least 3 years of successfully managing diverse teams to implement nutrition-specific and sensitive programs.
