Required Skills and Experience:
- Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Social work, Sociology, Law, Governance, Political Science, other social sciences or related disciplines is required or Minimum 3 years (with master’s degree) or 5 years (with bachelor’s degree) of professional work experience providing policy advice and programme support in the areas of Human Rights and Child Rights is required.
- Full computer literacy in internet searching and Microsoft Office programmes i.e. MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-Power Point
- Fluency in English is essential, both written and oral.
- Experience in advocacy work, particularly in human rights, social justice, or community development.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams in the NGO/INGO sector.
- Experience in strategic planning, program development, and implementation.
- Experience in budget preparation, management, and financial reporting.
- Ability to ensure financial accountability and transparency in program execution.
Age Limit: 30- 40 years.
