Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, logistics and execution of travel programs for clients.
- Coordinate with travel agents and tour operators to create personalized itineraries for clients.
- Negotiate and secure contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor program budget and make adjustments as needed.
- Provide support and guidance to clients before, during and after their trips.
- Maintain communication with clients and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Ensure programs are executed according to schedule and within budget.
- Handle any unexpected issues or emergencies that may arise during the program.
- Conduct post-trip evaluations and gather feedback from clients to improve program quality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel planning software.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
