Duty station: Kathmandu (with frequent travel to provinces/districts).

CONTRACT LENGTH: Fixed-term until September 2025 (Potential for extension up to December 2025).

Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Development Studies, Mass Communication and Journalism, Social Sciences or related field.

Experience: At least five years of working experiences in the area of child rights and protection issue, democratic governance, freedom of expression and independence, media mobilization and child/human/women rights, networking and campaigning, Experience of promoting citizen engagement at both national and sub-national level; and proven track record and sound knowledge on different media and child rights related projects.

Language Proficiency: Good spoken and written English and Nepali language.

Communication: Excellent inter-personal communication skills and learning attitude.
