- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the education field, along with a Master's degree, is required for this position. Additionally, preference will be given to applicants who have experience working with Cambridge Assessment International Education.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Class Planning and Scheduling
- Course Plans and Faculty Relations
- Organizing faculty meetings
- Ensure that the course and session plans are submitted by faculty members & students in time as per the format provided
- Conduct Examination, Evaluations, Orientation, Induction, and Internship
- Student relations and Co-curricular Activities
- Ensure that the registration, affiliation, deregistration, transcript, and degree issuance process of the students is carried out timely.
- Plan and ensure the collection of fees from students, assist the program officer in distributing invoices, giving reminders, and maintaining effective and updated payment records.
- Participate in all school council meetings and also ensure proper report preparation and submission to the Associate Program Director in a timely manner.
