The candidate should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor in Social Work/Rural Development/medical background like health assistant or nurse or nutrition expert
• Some good volunteering or social work background especially in villages
• Has basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Good Nepali typing)
• Has command in English with good report writing skills in English
• Enjoys trekking and hiking in remote and mountainous villages and is physically able to do so, does not mind the weather (rain, snow, hail, etc.)
• Able to live for periods in villages with limited comforts
• Licensed skill in motorcycle driving
• Minimum two years commitment – anyone with less time should not apply.
