Required Qualifications/ Experiences: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline- social work/sociology, rural development, environment science, agriculture or a related field with at least three years of working experiences in the development sectors focusing on agro-ecology, climate change, human rights, advocacy skill, coordination, collaboration and networking with stakeholders is required. Additionally, knowledge and skills about the program planning, monitoring, reporting and documentation is preferred. Report writing skill both in Nepali and English is mandatory.
