Job Description:
- A leader and problem solver with a demonstrated collaborative work ethic.
- Must have proven experience in road projects in hilly area.
- Developing a comprehensive project plan that outlines timelines, budgets, resources, and goals. This includes determining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Creating and managing budgets for the project, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and identifying potential cost-saving measures.
- Allocating resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to ensure timely completion of the project while adhering to budget constraints.
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, including setting milestones, tracking progress, and adjusting timelines as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and resolving any disputes that may arise.
- Implementing and monitoring quality control measures to ensure that work meets project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Leading and motivating project teams to achieve project goals. This includes providing direction, guidance, and support to team members, as well as resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and other relevant records.
- Must be able to handle client as well as subcontractor billing.
