Other Specification:

• Bachelor Degree or Above (Telecommunication, Computer, Civil, Electronics, Mechanical)
• Atleast 5 Years Experience in the related field & more than 3 years experience in Telecomunication.

Experience Field:  Project management/database management/project planning experience, 2+ years or   Telecommunications and related companies experience, 3+ years (1+years ) or Civil Work management experience, 2+ years or SAQ management experience, 2+ years.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Project schedule management and control.
• Plan, monitor, statistically, analyze and report project progress. Analysis progress and GAP, Provide solution to solve.
• War room command, manage team and subcontractor, to achieve daily, weekly and month target.
• Project data management and maintain.
• Support to solve problem and ensure that goals are achieved.
• Team management assistant, and another necessary work.

Job Requirements:

• Proactive, hard work, serious and responsible, strong execution ability. Good at communication, logical, Independent thinking and analytical skills. Able to work under pressure, work independently, spirit of team work.
• Telecommunication project management, Rollout management, War room management, Subcontractor management, Civil Work Project Management, Power company project experience is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor degree or above. Better have Telecommunication, Computer, Civil Work, Electrical engineering, Mechanical, Chinese, background.
• Proficient in using Excel, it is better to be able to do a good job in PPT.
• Years of Working (Except for exceptional excellence):
   -or Project management/database management/project planning experience, 2+ years;
   -or Telecommunications and related companies experience, 3+ years (1+years management).
   -or Civil Work management experience, 2+ years;
   -or SAQ management experience, 2+ years;
• TI+Civil Work management experience, FTK experience or Knowledge is preferred.
• 5-20 Persons team management experience is preferred.
• Or operating Microsoft Excel proficient, mathematics ability. (Skilled in using function. Skills such as VBA can be used first)
• Special excellent people can reduce the requirement. Can read and write Chinese can reduce the requirements.
