Education:
- A Master's degree in Environmental Science, Social Science, or a related field is required.
Work experience and competencies:
- with a 3-5 years of working experience in project planning, implementation, particularly working with indigenous women, youths, and indigenous community.
- Good in community mobilization with sound coordination and communication skills.
- Experience of providing capacity building, training and orientations of diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively handle multiple task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Work with program teams to ensure that reports are delivered according to project and donor contractual requirements, within the agreed timescale and budget.
- Previous experience in donor funded project management, monitoring and evaluation as well as reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player with proven communication and diplomacy with the ability to work effectively with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams with sensitivity and respect for
- diversity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required.
