Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Gender Studies, Development Studies, Economics, or a related field.
•  Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in gender and governance issues.
• Demonstrable understanding of the federal context in Nepal.
•  Demonstrable experience working with key stakeholders at different levels, both civil society and government agencies.
•  Demonstrable expertise in designing and implementing complex multi-stakeholder capacity development initiatives using adult learning and/or feminist pedagogies.
•  Experience in project management.
•  Skills and Competencies
•  Strong leadership and project management skills.
•  Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multi-stakeholder environment.
•  Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain partnerships with various stakeholders.
•  Proficiency in Nepali and English languages.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•  Effective communication, computer-based report writing, and resource management skills.
•  Internalized feminist values along with a feminist perspective in analyzing issues, along with strong teamwork capacity.
