Job purpose:

• Leading and ensuring efficient and effective planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the project activities as well as management of the project resources.
• Thematically contributing Helvetas’s climate action and improving its visibility in the sector.

Required Education and Competencies:

• Master’s degree in environmental science/engineering, Climate change, or any other relevant field. At least 3 years of working experience in climate change adaptation and/or environmental management. Work experience at the local level is an asset. Commitment towards gender equality, social inclusion, poverty reduction.

Duty Station: Suryodaya Municipality Ilam, Koshi Province with field visits as required.

Duration: Till December 2025.
