Reports to: Executive Director
Requirements for the position:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, Social Science, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in development and humanitarian contexts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, project partners, and beneficiaries.
- Proven ability to manage, lead, and motivate a team, ensuring that all project activities are completed efficiently.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with data collection and management tools.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple activities, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Ability to analyze complex situations, identify challenges, and develop practical solutions. Results-oriented and proactive in addressing issues. Having results-oriented and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with M&E frameworks, tools, and methodologies
- Has a strong understanding of issues related to unsafe migration, TIP, GESI and Child protection.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in both Nepali and English.
