Qualifications and Experience:
- A Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Gender Studies, Public Health, Migration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in human rights, social justice, labor migration, and the right to work.
- Proven experience in advocacy, policy engagement, and capacity-building initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong skills in project planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting, coordination, and organization.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and networking skills.
- High level of cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
- Proficiency in English and Nepali is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
- Strong skills in computer-based reporting, communication, and resource management.
