Terms of Reference (ToR):

• Project: USAID Community Justice Project (CJP)
• Location: Project Implementing partner’s office
• Reports to: Executive Board/Donor
• Contract Type: Full Time
• Duration: 11 th December 2024 to 11 th September 2026.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Social Sciences, Development Studies,
• Public Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in program coordination, justice sector reforms, or community development.
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement and working with marginalized communities.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of the Nepali justice system and related policy frameworks.
• Proficiency in Nepali and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong facilitation and communication abilities.

• Cultural sensitivity and community-focused approach.
