Job Description:
- Understand Daraz’s advertising opportunities and tools to help build relevant advertising solutions
- Inter department coordination to share all the best practices, execute strategy framework, align relevant stakeholders, conduct periodic update meetings to share progress and highlight bottlenecks
- Working with the mega campaign regional and local team for creating relevant packages while incorporating DAS into the partnership decks
- Establish DAS as a trusted and well-known Advertiser with our partners; develop good external relationships with brands and create a story around DAS as growth driver for brands in the venture
- Utilize Sales tools/PMOs to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve daily/weekly/quarterly and yearly goals
- Provide training and support to local team members whenever required based on the learnings from Regional counterparts.
Other Responsibilities:
- Acquisition, Retention & Management of Sellers
- Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with advertisers and advertising agencies
- Ensure seller performance & target achievement, including ensuring campaigns are active & optimized
- Work with the Local commercial/Marketing directors to identify brands with the correct ‘fit’ and potential for growth in the DAS revenues through onsite & offsite optimization while monitoring performance
- Management of JBP (Joint Business Partners)’s \onsite & offsite sales targets
- Share feedback with regional team on product & DAS improvements
- Clarify payment disputes with sellers. Align with local finance on all payment approval, credit limit issuance, whitelisting etc.
- Prepare campaign post-mortems, campaign plans and learnings for Mega & A+ campaigns.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of related experience in marketing, brand advertising, online advertising experience and agencies
- Experience in performance (preferably in search advertising) and branding advertising
- Demonstrated ability to close sales consistently, generate revenues and independently deliver against short term immediate goals and long term strategic objectives
- Strong track record of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
- Experience working with partners including account, product, program management, and operation teams
- Ability to influence decision makers up and down levels without direct authority
- Experience in running google ads, facebook ads, youtube ads
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English.
