Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for requirement building, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, release, daily standups, reviews and overall execution.
• Planning, organizing, leading and motivating teams to achieve objectives and safeguard effective service delivery.
• Responsible for quality assurance and control in accordance with project requirements.
• Set clear expectations, provide needed autonomy to team members, time monitor the progress and give recognition for results.
• Analyze the requirement and provide deadline to the supervisor with collaboration with Technical Lead and QA.
• Prepare all the project management documents.
• Ensure the developed system (feature) are as per business requirement before release.
• Responsible for process implementation and improvements.
• Perform overall task tracking and issue mitigation planning.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by understanding and meeting their demands and keeping them informed of project progress and outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Around 2 years of software project management experience in an agile environment.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent degree in related field.
• Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development is preferred.
• Sound knowledge and experience on project management tools (JIRA, Confluence) and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time management, organization, and planning skills.
• Sound knowledge and experience over Microsoft Office applications.
