• Master's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
• Proven experience of at least 2 years in project management, with a strong emphasison communication and collaboration.
• Minimum 1 year experience in multi-stakeholder setting
• Proficiency in using project management tools and collaboration platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Nepali.
• Basic knowledge of business incubation and innovation practices.
• Strong organisational and time management skills,
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• PR experience is an advantage.
