What are we looking for?
– Responsible to supervise the creation and implementation of project deliverables, to manage project planning, budgeting, action plans, and monitoring processes, and to regularly provide activity reports, meeting minutes, and financial reports to the company.
– Trouble shoots project and accordingly plan, design and provide direct supervision of the implementation of assigned project activities.
– Conduct field inspections to ensure that project activities are completed on time and in accordance with organization policies and regulations.
– Minimum Bachelor’s degree with more than 5 years of progressively verifiable experience in project management and working in NGOs will be given preference.
– Excellent Communication Skills, Strategic, Planning & Decision Making Skills, ability to lead and motivate the project team and monitor project expenditure, activities and coordinate work with consultants and volunteers in the project.
