Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all phases of construction projects, from initial concept to final completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services necessary for project execution
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate project updates and progress to senior management and clients
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
- Mentor and lead a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in building construction and project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
