Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage all phases of construction projects, from initial concept to final completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services necessary for project execution

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in engineering or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in building construction and project management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
